Tom O'Donnell
Tom O’Donnell is a founding director at SOA Research CLG. He studied architecture at UCD and Cambridge University and has practised in the public and private sectors. In 2020-21 he co-authored “Roadmapping a Viable Community-Led Housing Sector for Ireland,” following a year-long multi-stakeholder process initiated and coordinated by SOA.

Ailbhe Cunningham
Ailbhe Cunningham is an Architect MRIAI, Co-Design Facilitator and Educator with a particular focus on the dynamics that shape urban environments. She recognises the necessity to nurture cross disciplinary collaboration in order to envision resilient, future urban landscapes. She is co-creator of the TEST SITE project.

Eoghan Horgan
Eoghan Horgan is a lecturer in the MTU Department of Architecture and a founding director of TACIT Architecture Studio. He has achieved awards for both his academic work and work in practice.

Aoife Desmond
Aoife Desmond makes performance, film and visual art for gallery, cinema, theatre and off-site locations. She is co-creator of TEST SITE project. She prioritises embodied knowledge and explores materiality, site and human/non-human relationships. She works in response to environmental crisis and rupture with an emphasis on restorative practices.

Colin McDonnell
Colin McDonnell is a founding director at SOA. He studied architecture at UCD and holds a Conservation Grade III Accreditation. Colin has co-designed and led a range of SOA initiatives, most recently co-directing SOA’s contribution to the EU Interreg Sustainable Housing for Inclusive and Cohesive Cities north-west European partnership.

Dr Eve Olney
Dr Eve Olney is a socially engaged creative producer, artist, educator and practice-based researcher. Her praxis incorporates a feminist ethnographic approach to social change through creative methodologies in constructing alternative social imaginaries. She is a founding member of Living Commons and Radical Institute.
